Hmmmm… The store requires you to have masks…. I had a mask…. My bandana…. What I’ve used during this pandemic….. But it wasn’t an approved mask by the owner so I was asked to leave. Don’t understand why people want to be so obtuse. The place wasn’t busy anyways….. Probably a good reason. Speaking of good reasons I think this is an excellent reason to not shop here at all. Even if you have masks they do not want your business. Thank you for the wonderful experience here. I’ll be sure to never recommend this place to anyone not wanting a giant hassle. Will not be returning.

DO NOT BOTHER! First, middle of the afternoon. Pull up, open sign was off & no cars out front. Thought it was closed & almost left but saw movement inside & checked the door & they were open.Told lady behind counter it was off & she said yeah, it’s broken….. That’s it….Staff was incredibly rude as we browsed. We mentioned we were from out of town & they asked if we visited any other adult stores. We said we had been to the new Adam & Eve store & were interrogated about what it was like, how many customers, prices and such. They were very interested in their competition. I wonder how many of the folks were at the other store because they thought this place was closed.It’s a shame. They had a really great selection & the prices seemed reasonable, but we won’t patronize a business that treats customers like that. Clearly from the other reviews this is an ongoing issue.

Stopped in and planned on purchasing items from this store. There was one car outside, and the OPEN sign was off. My husband went to the door and could see someone inside and the door was unlocked. So we both put on our masks and entered the business. We were the only 2 customers in the building with 2 employees around the counter. Although we both had our masks on, they reminded us of their mask requirement. So we walked on towards the back of the store when one worker kept hassling my husband about how he wasn’t wearing his mask properly. We were well over 20 ft from either of them. So we turned around and left the store. They obviously didn’t want the business. Definitely won’t be back.
