Went in to get my daughter her 1st press…Her hair was beautiful,long, smooth and bouncy. .As soon as my daughter left out the door the Texas humidity ate it up..So there’s no more bounce..smh…. So I’m thinking they just need better products for African Americans who live in TEXAS …. But the customer service was almost….

They falsely advertise their products. Pay attention to what you are paying for. This jacket was supposed to have an EXTRA -30℅ (as you can clearly see in the photos). But they refused to give us the discount.
