I just received the most beautiful arrangement at my door from Windsor Florist. My husband always sends me flowers from Windsor for special occasions and I always love them. This one may be my favorite Windsor always does an outstanding job, the flowers are top notch, unique, lovely and well chosen to compliment one another. The bow looks like peacock feathers. So pretty! I always keep the bows, they are too lovely to throw away. I am so grateful for the care this florist puts in their arrangements. I really feel special to have received such a beautiful arrangement. My husband is a great man with great taste.

Ordered a large funeral arrangement that was not delivered. Owner said they would not leave them at the service until they reached someone at the church. When they could not reach anyone at the church office, they did not bother to call me (the customer) to let me know they were having difficulty with the delivery. Also, the driver could have taken them to church 30 minutes before the service since someone would have been in the church at that time. But that did not happen either. I would have never even known the delivery did not take place except for the fact I called on Monday (3 days after order was placed) to ask why receipt had not been emailed and that is when I found out. I understand people make mistakes but these could have been avoided.
