These locations are franchise’s Owned they will not return your money from an online purchase however they will gladly give you in store credit. No where on the return slip does it say it is at the stores discretion to give you your monetary refund. Tried to speak to customer service first person just hanged up on me and the other mentioned that it was at the stores discretion which it says no where on the site. This is gladly my last purchase with pandora and moving on to a different company that is American owned and not one out of Denmark.

Couldn’t get a refund even with a receipt when it was a gift. After we had been there the day before to return and the lady at front said we just needed credit card. Took in gift, receipt, and credit card and they stated we had to take to Lubbock where it was purchased which was the same place, but different city.
