They’re really quick to sell but if there’s an issue with their merchandise, they won’t resolve the problem. I bought my wife a vanity for Christmas and received a mirror with multiple scratches. I immediately called the delivery guys and the lady the runs the store. Long story short, it’s February and I’m still waiting to get my undamaged vanity. I’m to the point where I don’t care anymore. First and probably last time I purchase anything there. Pharr location

I bought a chest and dresser from the La Joya location, I paid it all in cash. The dresser was a repo, which was fine until I got it and started to clean it! The dresser was super dirty and the worst part was it had clusters of spider eggs! Now the chest was supposedly new, which it might have been but it has a jewelry drawer and it’s not attached properly, it has a gap between the drawer and the front part of the drawer. The wood is stripped and you can see the screw in between the two pieces of wood being that the wood is stripped I can’t even fix it myself! Which I tried! The chest also has a huge deep scratch all along the back it almost looks like a crack. I called them to tell them they said they would pick up the stuff the next day because they were closing. Well the next day came I called them two or three time and no one answered. So I went to the La Joya location, I explained everything and the guys says we don’t exchange or give refunds that it was a repo. I told him what about the chest you said it was new and he said no, which makes me mad cause nowhere in the store or on my receipt did it say no refunds, no exchanges or all sales are final, the guy didn’t even mention it as he sold it to me. He said they would pick up my stuff, clean it and fix what they could. They never came to pick up my stuff, they never called, they didn’t do anything!!! I called the other location which was the number on the receipt and the guys acted as if he didn’t know anything. So they never picked up my stuff the never did anything!!! This location just opened up and I will not be recommending this place to anyone!!!!! Worst service I have ever experienced!!!Edit: I also posted more photos of what I bought but for some reason only two we’re actually posted to this review!

Customer service is very poor! Never experienced something so bad anywhere else also manager(claudia) was super rude. I dont undeserved how they can have someone like that working the lady was so disrespectful…. never again! Such a bad experience & from what ive heard imNot the only who has had an issue with her.
