In the store the customer service is pretty good on the phone not so good. I’ve been having nothing but trouble w/ my phone. Now one of the supervisors helped me but not completely doing what he said but he tried. I had a better case on my other phone but when he got me the other phone I didn’t get my otter box but he did get me a new phone. The service still socks at times more then I think it should
