Service was horrible!!!
Took my vehicle monday @3:00pm and waited for a couple of hrs and around 6:00pm they told me that they couldn’t take off one of the wheel lug nuts so that it might be ready till the next day and that is going to be $100.00 more or that i could take it somewhere else so they can remove wheel lug nuts and then take it back to them so i thought they will be able to handle the job since that is their job so i left my vehicle overnight
They call me tuesday morning @9am to pick up my vehicle and to take it somewhere else so they can remove wheel lug nut because he still couldn’t remove it and to take it back once removed to put me tire
Had to ask for a ride and Went over to store and asked to remove new tires and will go to another place where they can handle the job since they couldn’t and mechanic (that didnt have name on shirt) everyone else did except for him called my mother a “Bitch” and was extremely rude after my mother and i told him to remove tires cause he was refusing
Mechanic removed tires all mad and with attitude and also took way longer than other mechanics
People that got their after me left and i was still waiting
Dont know how they can have someone like him working their if they dont like their job
