VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Delivery date kept being pushed back!! Ordered April 24th and received May 13th! Came with a broken frame & got notified nightstand was back ordered on delivery day!! BUT RECEIVED WRONG FURNITURE SET!! Since I was not happy, I requested my money back but the manager Luis Martinez refused and he is charging me a $500 cancellation fee for something I did not order!! Already put in a dispute with their loan company and the bank!!!Picture with lighter feature is what I wanted and thought I ordered!!!Picture with darker feature is what I received and what they ordered!!!!

Very bad experience we purchased a dinning set there and they showed us a set on display and when it got delivered it was a totally different one. Very bad quality material chairs are wobbly and table shakes.We called twice to speak with a manager and he did not look for any kind of resolution no sympathy what so ever. Said he was going to get back to me and never did, it was always us who had to follow up, then they said we didn’t get guarantee but it was never offered so they are charging for $350 to come and do repair for something that it was never good. Ohh, and still waiting for a call from upper management We do not recommend this place to anyone, they just want to make a sell.
