This is a low volume Verizon store with poor customer service. I’ve tried using this location twice and both times I had to leave and go to the tiger town location to get what I needed. This last time I walked in and literally nobody would greet me. After a few minutes of awkward silence I just headed on up to Opelika, I suggest you do the same.If you found this review helpful please give it a like

Although Ryan is a great guy, we will not return to this store. It’s not owned by Verizon. It’s obviously posted on line but not in store. He stated to me that after purchasing my new iPhone, I got a case, screen protector, charging block, and two pop sockets for “free” and conveniently forgot to give me a receipt. After receiving my receipt, it was clear that I had to pay an outrageous bill for “taxes” for a new phone when in actuality I was paying for all the “free” goodies. This establishment need to figure out a few things or they will loose the business. Absolutely ridiculous!
