They had one cashier with 20 to 30 people in the line Waiting. The is unexceptable. The cashier’s nails were as long as her legs so she could not move her hands that fast. I guess that since it was in the demographic area where blacks and Hispanics live the service didn’t have to be good. I live in another part of town and will NEVER shop at that location again. The customer service is always awefull

me and my friends were disrespected by a worker here. I think the worker was the manager but she was super disrespectful and rude. There was no sign telling customers that dressing rooms close at 7:30, so my friends and I decided to go in and try some clothes on. The lady worker then started yelling at us with a loud disrespectful tone while using unprofessional words like “oh no no” telling us put our clothes back on the racks. The whole line of people behind us looked at us due to her loud and disrespectful demeanor and we were very embarrassed. Beforehand, in-front of us , a shirt had dropped off the rack and onto the floor. The lady worker came in and shoved us in a very unprofessional manner to pick it up. As an employee, you do not treat customers with this level of disgust and disrespect. She was very unprofessional. Very bad costumer service!
