I was in desperate need of a new bed, so I went to Mattress Firm in Florence, AL. Shelby was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable of her inventory and knew exactly which beds would be best for me! I ended up buying the Intellibed nightfall with an adjustable base. I can’t wait until this bed is delivered! It felt like I was floating away on a cloud! Amazing service. Amazing experience. 100% highly recommend

Andrew worked with us quickly to accommodate our time frame. He asked specific, directed questions to help us find the best starting fit and helped us narrowly tailor our choices from there. We weren’t asked about budget until more than halfway through the experience, but I feel we could have benefited from expressing budgetary needs prior to being asked. Overall, great shopping experience. Still haven’t been able to sleep on the mattress. We hope it sleeps as great as it felt in the store!
