Really excellent customer service, unexpected in today’s shopping environment. Something in my order was unexpectedly out of stock, and Elkel went above and beyond with instant communication (think, MINUTES) and multiple options to make the order right. On top of that add a pretty unparalleled selection of Walter Van Beirendonck pieces, and you have a jewel of a store. Recommended without hesitation.
