First time here after moving into McKinney area. Made my appointment through the FordPass app on my phone.Jonathan greeted me promptly, took down my vehicle details, explained my options for service and loaded me in their system.Service was completed in the promised time. Vehicle was washed and ready very quickly.Nice service area with plenty of places to spread out and work. TV, free bottle water and a drink machine.Great experience, will return for sure.
