I will never return to this location. Management lack customer service I was basically penalized for an error on their part. I went to the location on Friday, April 2, 2021 did a return. The representative gave me a gift card for the amount of the return. I was also making a purchase I gave him back the gift card to apply the amount to my purchase. He took the gift card to apply it to my purchase however upon reaching home I realized that the amount was not applied. Which was clearly an error because I watched that young man with his exceptional customer service scanned the card however something went wrong which was clearly no fault of his nor mine. The gift card was never returned to me. I called the store on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 11:02 am, a representative who was introduced as the manager told me to take my receipts along with the items back to the store. Upon returning to the store a representative came to assist me. I explained the situation to her she then called the assistant manger after attempting to process another gift card I was asked to come back or called on Monday for a resolution. They stated that they would have to watch the camera to see where my gift card went. I explained to them that their request was an inconvenience to me. The representative got annoyed at me, her voice and tone quickly changed. Neither the assistant manager nor the representative did anything to resolve the matter. The assistant manager said he was not in Killeen and and such could not help me until Monday since the store was closed on Sunday. I felt as if I did something wrong or stole something from their establishment. I am still without my money after being treated less than.

Check out process is a nightmare! One cashier for a long queue. She was doing returns , layaways and purchases! Managers should do something about that! Specially weekends and holidays.
