I called ahead to see if an item was in stock, was told on the phone that they had the item & several of them. When I went in store I asked for the same item & was told they don’t have any plus there was no place on the shelf with a tag for the item. Then I asked if other stores had it & who else I could ask. The man helping me said he was the manager & was very rude saying he didn’t know what I was talking about & they didn’t have it. Terrible custom service, would not recommend. Called the Mansfield store & they were very helpful! I will be driving out of the way to not go to this location!
