Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the hard work Stefon did to get my family & I switched over to a better & more efficient plan. He worked endless hours to make this happen for us and did it all just to save us some money.. To me that is customer service at its finest. His kindness and professionalism went above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough for that because sadly it’s kind of rare in today’s fast paced world. We actually live closer to another store in another town and I can tell you we will be driving to Tyler because it’s really worth the drive. Not only did he reach out to me personally but so did the DM to keep us informed during the entire process to let us know they were doing everything they could to get us taken care of. They didn’t have to do that! So with that being said I definitely recommend T-Mobile and if you can drive to the one in Tyler on Broadway you won’t be disappointed.
