Terrible experience for my wife & I.With an event the following day, and after being absolutely assured that the $200+ she was spending on extensions and hair dye would all match, we got home and followed the instructions as precisely as possible. The next morning, when she held the extensions up to her hair, she discovered her hair was multiple shades darker than the extensions.We immediately went to the Sally’s, and were there when they opened the door. When we informed the employee (a different employee than we had originally) we were given the cold shoulder. “Sorry, but I can’t take them back.” I asked if she could help us, and all she did was hand me the customer service number and say “you can try, but it’s policy that we don’t exchange extensions. Maybe you can try dying them.”We proceeded, given the emergence of the situation, to purchase matching extensions to my wife’s new color.Frustrated, I called the customer service line without the assistance of the employee on staff, and miraculously was offered an exchange. I informed the customer service agent that we’d already remedied the situation by purchasing new extensions. Again, I got the “sorry. All I can do is offer in store credit.”My wife and I have only shopped at Sally’s once before, and don’t plan on doing so again. Their only remedy to the situation was a gift card, which guarantees their store profit regardless of their mistake.It’s been 2 days since I requested the situation be elevated to a supervisor. I called this morning, and whoops, they called the wrong number so now I have to wait another 24 hours to speak to someone in hopes that I can have this situation fixed.My wife and I will never again do business with Sally’s. All around poor customer service, from the store employees to the customer service representatives on the phone.

Excellent selection for the location! The girls there are awesome and very willing to help and make connections with their customers! Wish there was a wider selection though and a few more name brand products.
