I don’t like to do this but the way my son’s prescription fill was handled was absolutely absurd! Joseph, your going to hear about the way you handled the phone call at 815pm on November 3rd. I would like a corporate number just as soon as possible. I will be following up tomorrow. Walgreens in Nacogdoches, when you tell someone that your out of stock on a medication for a child, and the Parent (customer) tells you that they only have a certain amount of days left, and you tell them it’s going to be there in 2days, you should let them know that it still isn’t there after 2 days. I will try another pharmacy tomorrow, as suggested by Joseph very rudely tonight. Let me tell you something else Joseph, remember that I’m the customer and not you. I would recommend to you not to just hang up on the customer such as you did. The problem with using another pharmacy Joseph is Walgreens is the only pharmacy that my expensive insurance will let me use in Nacogdoches. I would have put zero stars, but zero is not available.

I went you there to get my medicine and it wasn’t ready so they told me 15 minutes, but when I tried to come back they closed the window on me immediately after I pulled up to the window. When I went inside to ask for help they wouldn’t even help try to get my medicine even though I needed it. Now I gotta wait until 9 in the morning for my medicine even though I told them I needed tonight. If something happens I blame y’all.
