If I could leave a zero I would. Husband and I got covid shots today. Appt was at 10 and 1015. The pharmacist was very unorganized, took forever for her to get paperwork done. She told us to stand in front of the clinic door so we did..for 20 minutes. In the meantime she waited on other people that the techs could have waited on. She then came and opened the door and a tech said she could give us the shot. Well the pharmacist came in then and was going to give us our shot. Neither the pharmacist or the tech had even drawn up medicine. The tech said oh she would go draw it up. The tech drew up syringe and the pharmacist gave us the shots. That is a big no no. Whoever drew up shot is supposed to give shot. Then pharmacist did not tell us to wait the 15 minutes. I really hope I got Moderna vaccine and not something else.

Over all this is a great place, But this one girl in particular gives me so much trouble every time. Her name is holly and she is very rude!! She was rude with my mother and rude with me! She told my boyfriend that those girls didn’t know what they was talking about.. (Very unprofessional) when she’s the one who kept using different names and other people’s insurance of people in Birmingham on our medications. I confronted her about it and she refused to let me speak to her manager, she told the cop standing behind me I was mad over a name which was a lie! (Also unprofessional) I was mad because she was being very rude which was very unnecessary. I hate this pharmacy just because of her. If you go to this pharmacy I would recommend not dealing with HOLLY because you will have nothing but trouble. She really needs to learn how to do her job, and not use strangers insurance and identitys on other people’s medications. Being rude to customers is a huge issue as well.
