What a great experience! I came in looking for a Mother’s Day card and they had so many options. Hallmark is truly superior in their special occasion cards, and they even had lots of gifts you can buy around the store. Everything just felt so nice and cozy. The staff here was also excellent. So nice, so kind, and they made me feel like a truly valued customer. They even wrap your gifts. I didn’t regret signing up for their rewards membership either. What a lovely place to come to if you’re ever in need of a gift.

So here’s the thing. I manage a store that has greeting cards too. I chose to go to this store to just check it out. I bought many things around the holidays and went back because the customer service was outstanding! Still is, having visited yesterday. Now being a member of their reward program, I get so many discounts of which they help me receive. I’m a big believer of human contact service in the world of Amazon touchless this and that. Social distance, masking is throughout store. No worries.
