I like american’s best in this location ( Parker + Preston in Plano). I just got my new pair of glasses, haven’t used yet. So I am not sure how the glasses are. But I knew the staffs are fantastic. They are all sweet and polite. The name I want to mention here is a young lady Tiffany, she is extraordinarily sweet. There is a guy who is very patient and sweet too. Sorry I didn’t remember his name. Overall, staffs here are all very friendly from the moment you enter the door. This is the best experience ever. I shared my happy experience with my friend who made his glasses at another store locate close to 75 Plano, which is not that impressive for him. If you need new glasses, I will recommend you to go America’s best @parker+Preston in Plano. They are friendly and sweet people there. Almost all of them are. They must have a good manger, I guess.

I went yesterday. The girl at the front desk was very busy but very attentive to everyone and very polite. The lady that did my exam was very nice, talkative and polite, the oculist was also very nice and professional. The lady that helped me choose my frames and checked me out at the end was friendly, nice and checked me out in a timely manner. I appreciate your professionalism. A truly apologize for not having any names. Great team work!!!
