I needed to have my oil change and I called and spoke to Ramiro in service department at Loving Nissan and he said he would work me in and what great service he got me in and taken care sooner that I expected awesome job. And called me with up dates of a recall I needed done and had me taken care of some of the best service all around. Go see Ramiro and his staff a great crew.

Update: service department worked with me to get my car fixed like new. They took care of the labor to put the broken parts on for free. I covered the parts and they installed them. This is what good customer service is all about.—————————————————————It all started on Friday and Well I should have seen the signs from the start but I over looked them thinking this would get better. They did not. 1. No VIN number was listed on the buyers agreement I was given. 2. I went to my bank and was approved for the loan however dealership never gave the VIN number to Chris my loan agent. 3. After the bank I went back to dealership and put a $5,000 down payment. Since I was committed to the new car. Then I grew aggravated as my bank closes for the weekend and the dealership never called me or my bank. So there was no way I was getting the new car by the car loan from my bank till Monday at the earliest. They did tell me they couldn’t find the car I wanted, so I told them a dealership online had three of them and they told me no one at that dealership was taking their call. Which was a lie in my eyes because I too had contacted that same dealership and had no problems with getting through to them. 4. Got a phone call Friday evening from Jimmy who’s tone was rude which caused me to change my tone and from that hateful call I will never ever buy another car from there again. After getting the hateful call, My wife and myself went up there to have a chat in person. Everyone was aggravated before we got there because My wife was standing next to me when my tone changed while talking to Jimmy. When we arrived there the tone and the way Jimmy talked was in a crappy manner. Won’t never ever buy from here ever again. Horrible customer service in the manner he talks to us. I still want the car at this point and he tells me car will be here in the morning but he still can not give me a VIN number. 5. Saturday dealership calls, the driver has gone to get the car be back soon. 5. Saturday about 4:15 pm dealership calls car is ready. About 5:00 pm we head up there to buy our new car. Since my bank is closed I apply for a loan at the dealership. My credit score is 780 so it’s not a problem but the loan is 72 months, nope not doing it so Jimmy calls and changes it to 60 months okay that’s better. We check the car out and be sure it has everything we need. Then we sign the paperwork. I never looked inside the fender wells or under the front bumper. We drove the new car from dealership to taco caso to eat, then drove it home. It was around 6:00-6:30 when we left dealership and never drove it again that night, then around 10am Sunday drove it to church and I hear something knocking so I get out and find the front right fender well all messed up and just under the bumper damage where something has been ran over at a high rate of speed and it has broken all the securing points off the bumper, damage and broke the fender well. I can’t prove it and I didn’t look there when I picked up the car but I know I did not hit anything while driving it that I’m aware of. Oh well to the body shop it goes for three days next week and $1400 of my money. Again I will never ever buy from this dealership again. Took the car back so dealership could see what I seen, they to only seen the fender well after I pointed it out and didn’t see the bumper damage till I pointed it out as well. Once the bumper damage was seen then the man in charge was sent out to inform me it was not like that yesterday, so no problem that’s what insurance is for. But since the damage was not over five grand I will just pay it and leave insurance company out of this one. The dealership did send me to parts where I paid for the fender well and informed me I would also be charged to install the new fender well part. Hey it’s cool why would they want to help me out, it’s not like I just bought a new car from them and in less than 8 hours of owning it I find a problem with it. I even sent pictures and a message to the sales guy as soon as the problems where found.

Very polite and helpful. Stayed after hours to finish the sale for us. Everyone seemed very upfront and honest. The vehicle was fueled to full and detailed following the purchase. There was nothing pushy about any members of the sales team and it was all-in-all a very smooth transaction.
