Excellent customer service! Multiple staff frequently ask if they can help me to find what I need. On one particular occasion, I had a locker item pickup for an order my wife had made for her company, and my phone went dead prior to pickup. Pick-up staff offered a charge for my phone, pulled up the order on their system, and retrieved the items from the locker for me.. Very helpful every step of the way!

William in Plumbing is AMAZING!!!!He saved me over $500 bucks yesterday on my plumbing project. I had to cut out drywall, cut back piping and cap all three of them. I spend only $50 on supplies!! When I couldn’t figure out why my hot water line wouldn’t stop running, I called him and he knew exactly to turn off the hot water heater line! I have never done a google review in my life but this had to be done. Thank you so much William!!!
