My boyfriend owns a tattoo shop and we bought a chair from a hair dresser and fell IN LOVE!!!!! So we ordered 2 more chairs and threw them for a loop….we asked for BLACK chairs, not the usual white! We got the 2 black chairs today and could not be happier!!! They came with the stand fully assembled in one box and the chair, head rest, and arms in the second box. No bag of parts!!!! Just put those 5 simple parts together and BAM! 10 min after unpacking, you have a chair ready to go!!! Quality American made parts just look like they wanna last and do work while they’re lasting for you!!!We dealt with Les through Wholesale Salon(?) and he was AMAZING!!!! Very nice man, very helpful!!! Thank you Les!!!And thank you Pibbs for making quality American products!!!! Can’t wait to get our first customer in these new chairs!!!!!!

Bought 2 Seville chairs brand new. One pump doesn’t wor . 0 customer service. Emails. Voicemails. Social media, 0 help. The barber supply I bought the chair from had to buy a new pump to make it righ . Trying to replace it now and all the cheap bolts are breaking. Very very dissatisfied with this product.

This place is disgusting. We’ve had family do major distribution transactions with these scumbags and Armando Petruccelli was extremely rude. He tried to be your friend but tribes around and rear-ends you at the end of every turn. Stay away, and don’t let the whole “Italian” quality fool you, we mass ordered the turbo power and our company hasn’t as many issues with other manufacturers then these people. Stay AWAY.
