Today 5/16 at 6:05 I telephoned the Trussville location to place a pickup curbside order. Judy answered and informed me to order online for curbside pickup. So I did. The registered online pickup time was supposed to be 6:39 pm. I got there in time and waited until 6:40pm to tell them I was outside. Judy answered once again to tell me my order was not ready. I asked how long would I have to wait and she ask me to hold but never came back to the phone. I hung u eventually and called back three more times. I still had been put on hold. My calls were answered, but when asked if I could hold on I was never given any chance to answer. I was justthrown on hold. On my fourth call, I was put through and hung up on immediately!! I then called back. It was then 7:05pm and I had already over waited 25 more additional minutes. I had to call in again and Judy answered and told me they were out of chicken livers!!! I called back and waited for a restaurant employee to answer the call. I told that individual what transpired and a Manager, Barrett came out to speak one-on-one to me. You see I would have gone in but 1) I had on a robe; and 2) I had already left a tip. Barrett made apologies and was very professional and kind!! He wanted me to order right then but I was too angry and it would have been another 20 minutes. So he said he make it right. I won’t ever go back!!

Our waitress was at our table very quickly, took drink order and gave us drinks right away, waited a long time for food delivery… After a long wait the food came out cold. When your traveling you want quick service which we didn’t get…

I love Crackle Barrel but the last 3 times I went, (1) time no baked apples with my breakfast (2) time it was good and (3) time I called and ordered ahead of time for curbside like I always do. Breakfast suppose to be ready a few minutes before 10:00 am. I got there and text them that I was outside, make, model and color of car and in 4th # slot. Waited over 30 minutes and had to call inside before meal finally came and my biscuits were left off.
