Ordered a chair, and was told that it would be 4-8 weeks before delivered. We are currently looking at 14 weeks of waiting from a phone call today. We understand things happen that are out of control, but we have never received any phone call or update on our chair unless we were the ones to make the effort. Just wished we would have been cared for a little bit better as customers of this business.
