DO NOT Trust their towing department. My girlfriend was involved in a bad accident and the hempstead police had recommended to have Chase Collision tow the vehicle to their lot. This was 3 days before Christmas and this was her first ever accident. Now to fast forward when it came time to pick up the belongings, the vehicle was ransacked, scrimmage thru and most of her items were stolen from the vehicle including a religious item? Don’t know whyOn the first attempt to confront the business, we spoke with Lou and he came off as a nice and responsive individual who stated he would contact us back and follow up with us after speaking with his boss or higher up. Upon waiting he contacts us back the next day claiming he cannot do anything, and insinuating that the inventory that was missing/stolen could have not existed.The debit card that was stolen from the car was used at the 7/11 down the road. When we spoke to Lou he said the car was locked. The Insurance adjustor can confirm the windows were not damaged and has photo proof of the vehicle.Bottomline is the establishment was not cooperative. When we called the police to the establishment, Lou walked out and went into his car and took off right in front of us without telling us anything, as we waited with the cops surprisingly he didn’t return till probably way later.We will be contacting BBB to report this establishment for failing to secure an accident victim’s possessions in a vehicle that is on THERE lot because Accountability needs to be taken.

I dont know why anyone would write anything negative about Chase Collision especially Louis. I have used them at least 6 times in that last few years for mechanical as well as auto-body. You could not find a more honest and stand up person out there. Whether there is insurance work or direct payment he is exceptional.
