Came in for an oil change and wheel alignment. As I’m paying I asked, as the service was fast, if they checked my alignment, they said they forgot but another car got on their alignment machine so I could wait and get my alignment check and fixed. Said I would come back next week with an appointment. I made an appointment and they ended up not being able to see me at my time, because a car was stuck on their machine, without calling me to let me know even though they obviously have an appointment in their computer. I am told to call back later. I call 3 hours later and the car is still stuck, and am told to come another 3 hours later, as it will surely be cleared up by then. I show up and they tell me they don’t have any spots left for their 3 hours until closing because they booked them all. Seemingly nice people but poorly run business to say the least. Everyone knows how to work a computer in 2021, it’s not hard to call back the people who’s appointments were cancelled and offer them their spots back when your business is open again. They even told me they are the only alignment place in San Marcos which is a lie. Not sure how they think that is good business practice. Terrible

*** Update*** originally when I first took my car in for new brake pads I was told my rotors on my rear needed to be replaced because they could go out any day and the front ones could be resurfaced not having very much knowledge about this I agreed to this work being done even though I was quoted over $600! Which seemed on the high end ,but after talking it over with my spouse we agreed to have some work done. Now the manager said he went ahead and did the work that he originally mentioned and gave me a discounted price so it was a little under $600 which we were grateful for but now my car is making so many new noises that it never made before!!! I’m hearing grinding, squeaking and my car definitely feels different and not in a good way! I tried taking it back and being kind and courteous asking if they could take another look the manager agreed and took it for a spin around the block and said he heard one noise then they had a “look” at it and came to me pointing out other issues that I suddenly had with my car I know for a fact that something was messed with!! before I went in for brakes my car drove smooth and I didn’t have any of These issues that are occurring now! I’m so disappointed! They were very friendly and I let my guard down because I believed them to be honest and trustworthy now I’m going to have to take my car to a mechanic shop in hopes they can resolve my issues without there being any major damages done and costing more money than I should have even have had to spend in the first place! This place let me down! Jason was really nice and made me feel comfortable and welcome so I thought I was in good hands but this is disheartening knowing that I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge on this. I have six kids and a very expensive mortgage which leaves me with very little breathing room for these kinds of expenses! So with that being said if you want something done and done right without having to come out of pocket for “other issues” that suddenly appear to be wrong with your vehicle then please do your research and keep and eye on your car as it’s being work on if possible there are so many dishonest mechanics these days it’s very sad truth. Just feels like they’re all trying to get more money out of you and could careless about their customers needs. **update** pictures from the mechanic I had to get my car fixed with after brake check messed my car up smh.. he also said my tire was about to come off!! And when I tried to take my car back to brake check and I told them something doesn’t sound or feel right with my car and they said nope it’s fine! We double checked then I take it to a mechanic cus it was really bad the sound I was hearing were because these bolts got broken and they weren’t broken before I took my car to brake check

Jay was amazing! Him And his team performed amazingly to get my truck done. My Alignment was really bad and I work a lot and he made time for me even knowing it was past hours. That’s the kind of proactive attitude all businesses should have. Once again job well done from jay and his team, you guys rock and I will definitely be coming back for any other needs!!!
