There was one guy in the electronic department Ray. I went in there because I needed to buy a printer. He knew I needed some help so he asked me I asked him some questions about the HP Officejet 8022 answered my questions. Then he noticed a few minutes later I needed some more help again he asked me what can I help you with it took care of my question. I had one more question after a few minutes again he noticed I needed some help again he took the time to ask me what I needed. I think Ray did an awesome job I’ve been in management since I was 19 years old and I’m 60 now and he did an awesome job with customer service. Thank you very much..

This Walmart is one of my favorites in Lubbock. It is always bright, clean and well organized. Items are easy to find here and the staff is kind. We were lucky enough to happen upon this punny image right before the custodian made it to the area to clean up.

They’ve recently remodeled & it all looks great. When you can’t find something at this one the employees are very happy to help tell you or even show you where the item is.The store is clean and very well stocked. I like this store better than the others.
