Excellent service! Boots selection is exquisite! I’m not a good fit for their leather jackets, but I wish I could pull one off…they are sexy. Their staff is super friendly including the manager, so patient and helpful. This was my second experience and definitely exceeded the first (happy) experience. Tina Rincon at Pinto Ranch Dallas is a true life-saver! After a weekend of tirelessly shopping for my dream wedding boots, she went above and beyond to ensure that I got them- making the dream a reality! When we discovered they didn’t carry them in store, she stopped at nothing to work her magic, and pulled a few strings to find them. She called out to other locations, and didn’t stop until she came across a pair in a Houston outlet- and even asked the salesperson there to pull the lighter pair of the two they had in stock (per my wishes)! I then received a personal email from their Shipping Department ensuring that the boots were on their way to me, and sure enough, they arrived in only three days, in perfect condition, and were absolutely everything I dreamed they would be!
