This was a fun experience. I walked in asking about a trade in promo, only to be greeted with a befuddled look. After I explained to them what I was looking for I was told I didn’t qualify because of my current carrier. They asked if I wanted to see what I qualified for and what my down payment would be. I told them I had already done so online. More confusion. Apparently they didn’t know you could do that, but they said I might get better results in the store. Fine, let’s try it again. Same results. I inquired about the discount I get for the company I work for, because they advertise that employees get a discount at T-mobile. I was told I’d have to check with my HR department and tell them what the discount is. That didn’t make much sense to me. Wouldn’t I just be able to make up a number? Years ago when I had service with Sprint, they would put in your company name and it would tell you what the discount was. That makes more sense to me. I ended up leaving without getting anything there. What a waste of time.

The salesperson sold me a Samsung tablet twerkingme it would be free with the add a line feature. Turns out it was all a lie and the District Manager wouldn’t even return my calls. When I finally spoke with her, she said she would call me back within the hour. That was last Monday 01.17.20. She will not return my calls now.
