We have used this location in the past and had a good experience. That is the only reason I am giving 1 star. The cookie cakes are done on time and great. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location because an employee was so rude to my husband. We had an online order and the employee almost wouldn’t let us pickup because we picked up later than time it was done. I’ve never had this happen before. The door was open and they tried to kick him out. The website states it open at 10 on Saturday but apparently this location has a paper sign saying they don’t open until 11. I am hurt that someone could be so rude.

Thank you for a great surprise I could bring to Ann Arbor, MI with me. Got through airport security no problem and wrapped with Saran Wrap worked great to stabilize the box to get it there for graduation. She loved it and was fun to bring from home… thank you

I made an online purchase of a round dinosaur birthday cookie and when I arrived to pick it up I could not believe that it was so horribly decorated. It looked awful and I brought it to the attention of the worker about it being badly decorated and she simply said Sorry. I paid 35.96 for a cookie that I am embarrassed to present at the dinner table tonight for my child’s birthday. Shame on y’all for allowing anyone to decorate that has no talent.June 1, 2021
