Terrible service. The two employees are slow and almost make you feel like they want you to wait. Do yourself a favor go to another ups store. This is by far the worst employee customer I’ve seen in a long time.

Been to most UPS locations in Dallas with no problems until I walked into the only one open on a Sunday afternoon and the two working there couldn’t even answer my question much less help me with a shipping label. Completely incompetent and they should not be working as customer service providers. They literally told me to go to FedEx because they didn’t know what to do. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!
