Though you never know what to expect at an AT&T store, this store is beyond amazing. I felt welcome, valued, and cared for even though I wasn’t a AT&T customer. I have now switched thanks to Paola who was very helpful and professional. She didn’t mind answering all the questions I had and guided me through my experience. The black lady with the accent Is the worst and all the other employees are just as lost. I came in just to return a wireless charger that I bought yesterday. And was told had to get in line with all the other customers. That was there for services of technical support and new contacts and other. I’m sure there merchandise is still left a lot in the store. Since you have to get in line with tech support to even purchase a case are a phone charger etc l…. The lady in the picture is the worst and she is rude.

I went in today to see what kind of deals they had for the new iPhone. I was helped by Jose who was very professional and knowledgeable about all the deals and promotions they had going on, he was even able to inform me on some of the new features that came with the newest iPhones which I had no idea about. I have been to other providers stores and they were not able to provide me with the same level of information which made the whole decision process much easier for me and much less of just a blind guess. I was overall extremely satisfied with the help that Jose was able to offer me and highly recommend him for anyone else that like me is not too up to date on all the new things that new phones have or is just not tech savvy like myself.
