I had a consultation with Joshua at noon this morning at their domain location. First time at Suit Supply and most definitely will my last. I chose Joshua because he was more to my size than the other 2 consultants available. While I am not a slim fit, I am certainly not out of the realm of fitting a suit. I thought Joshua would be knowledgeable however, he failed to even take my measurements, went to grab one suit, and essentially said take this or leave it. While I understand they may not have had a size available at the time, there was no reason to be so unhelpful and unfriendly. The entire “consultation” was about 10 minutes and I left feeling as though I would have been better off never having entered. There are many many other suit stores more capable of being personable and helpful.

They have a really nice store and the staff was very helpful. I already knew what I was looking for before I even walked in the store. I ended up purchasing the shoes I wanted, a tie and pocket square. It was my birthday, so what else could I say. They are really comfortable. I browsed some of the other items but will return to purchase more.
