A great store to browse for higher end clothing, perfumes, accessories, and housewares. I particularly enjoyed the Golden Tee arcade console this past visit. What a hoot! Sorry I said the F-word, though.When I was 4, this location had toys. My brother enlisted me to go after a toy residing on a high shelf; however, as I tried to climb the shelf to get the toy, the shelf collapsed. The noise was intense, and toys were strewn about everywhere. My dad whisked us away to the family vehicle in utter embarrassment. It’s been 35 years, but I wanted to let Dillard’s know that I’m sorry about that.

Great clothes. But very poor customer service. I walked around through several different departments, accessories, shoes, infants, children’s ,women’s, and men’s. I was in dillards for over an hour and a half and had plenty of money to spend. I am a 49 yr old white female dressed casual. My hair was done very nice and so was my makeup. During my time there, only 2 employees spoke to me. The lady in Men’s, and a young gentleman in shoes. They both asked me how my day was going. But no one in the store asked me if I needed assistance.
