I have never had a better experience than recently when Josh Smith, Retail Sales Consultant assisted me at the Broadway Avenue location in Tyler Texas. I am in my 50’s and only moderately tech savvy. Josh took care of EVERYTHING! He carefully compared my old plan and the cost of 3 upgrades and he got me a BETTER plan (unlimited) for LESS money! He also showed me how to get cheaper insurance on all my devices and found additional discounts to save me on my monthly bill. We walked out with 3 new phones functioning flawlessly and 9 accessories that he made super affordable. I’ve never dealt with a consultant so knowledgeable and personable. He was warm, funny, and treated me like family. Most of all, he was PATIENT — He treated me like I was the only customer there. It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back to AT&T! (AT&T customer 15+ years). Thanks again, Josh!

Service is okay at this store – but if you’re really looking for cheapest service than T-Mobile is the way to go -but I wanted better coverage so I upgraded to version prepaid for 7 GB LTE for $50 a month
