I went yesterday around 5pm to get my daughter’s ears pierced and I wish i could remember the lady’s name that assisted us. She was great!! Very kind and gentle with my daughter. She spoke to her and comforted her. So patient!! Wonderful lady with awesome customer service.

Worst customer service ever. There were three girls working and not one of them greeted or help us. They where behind the register sitting on the counter top and gossiping the whole time. Will not be back! Also will be telling my friends not to as well.
