I used to love Planet Fitness but now the schedule is not convenient. I wish they would at least give us 5:00 A.M. or give customers a prorated monthly fee. I’ve emailed about this before but never got a response. The 6:00 A.M. is a little too close for clock-in time at work if you want a full work out and still have to get ready and have time for breakfast. The other Planet Fitness gyms in the area are true to the hours I signed up for when I signed the contract, sadly our Marshall one is not. They are however a very clean facility and the times I have been able to make it, people are socially distanced.

I really love coming here. I like the atmosphere, the equipment, and the staff. I would give it 5 stars but I hate the hours. I recently found a new job and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to keep my membership. They open too late and close too early. I wish they would fix this sooner than later.
