Critical: Professionalism, Quality My fiance called them trying to get his bmw towed, yes it’s 3 am, yes it’s-30, but isn’t that why they get paid or work for the company? Please correct me if I’m wrong. The guy was rude and whiney. If you don’t want to do your job, than why are you a 24 hr towing company? Your super cool guy. Thank you for nothing
