It was easy to find something I wanted. The credit process was very simple. My sales guy was exceptional! He answered all my questions and helped me pick the right fridge for my house. He left no stone unturned on everything! He walked me through the final process of payment and delivery. He even stayed over to make sure I was completely finished and satisfied with everything before leaving. This was the most stress free process ever on buying an appliance! I will definitely buy from them again!

It’s a little expensive but they discount you on bulk purchases, and wrap the delivery in with large rebates on your purchase during sales. The delivery times were also much better than any other store we visited. For instance, we spent 6k this Memorial Day sale and got essentially 1k back. I like that the reps are helpful without being pushy. The layout is nice. Its clean. Electronics and appliances are available too, and they offer price matching (not on furniture). Overall, I think that this was my favorite store we visited in the past two weeks of shopping.
