Went in to buy a pair of shoes, knew exactly what I wanted. As soon as I walked In they were right on us about the rules and regulations about covid, but when it came to me looking and trying on shoes, I couldn’t get any employees attention to save my life. There were 4 employees just standing at the register, had to raise my voice for them to actually realize that I needed some assistance. Then when I tried on the shoes I was ready to buy them and again I couldn’t get their attention, horrible service. I’m a first time customer and I will not be returning! Guess I gotta go to champs next time since they know how to treat a customer.

This store really disappointed me yesterday afternoon. I had been looking for a pair of Air Jordan’s through the outlet but didn’t find any but when I walked into this store I spotted them! My exact size too! So I walked to them and grabbed them, one of the employee approached me and asked “what size you looking for?” I responded “these a size 4” and he grabbed them from my hands smiled and said “sorry just sold them” and walked off. I was really upset due to the embarrassing situation so I left, my boyfriend and I most likely won’t be coming back. Rude employees with no manners!
