Went to this location with my husband today to look for a gaming headset for him. I had been looking at something else in the store, and met back up with him by the headsets, where he was speaking with a male sales representative. The associate proceeded to place a headset on my head WITHOUT my permission, then said that I needed one too. I told him no I’m fine but he took me to the only PINK headset in the store. I again told him no I’m fine, and told my husband I was going to look at phone cases. The associate continued to follow me until we finally left the store. I have not been treated so awfully in quite some time.i will not be returning to this location, due to this associates sexist way of treating customers.

I was given a Nintendo Switch lite as a gift. Went in to exchange it and they would only give me $49 for $199 device. I never opened it. Told her it was a gift and was told they would give me $49 for the device. They were happy to take it back, sealed and in opened and then pull a pawn shop move and resell it for the $199 retail.
