Amazing experience!!FedEx was not able to deliver our mattress and adjustable frame perhaps because of the weight so they dropped it here at this location. Only one box was dropped and the other appeared to be lost. Your staff at this location kept calling me and following up every hour until the box was found over two days!!Best FedEx office in Texas!!

Tiana was so wonderful! Excellent customer service and really gave me all the attention and time I needed to help me with my documents. Friendly and kind, I highly recommend getting all you mailing/copying needs from Fedex at McKinney Ranch Parkway and ask for Tiana!!
