I can honestly say I have never been more disappointed in a Fast Food restaurant than I was at this location of McDonald’s. We were on a drive to New Orleans and thought to stop, stretch and grab a quick burger on the go.Rather than the 10-15 minutes I expected, it took nearly 45.First, it took an inordinate amount of time just to have someone take our order. We paid extra to get some of the specialty quarter pounders they had on the menu. Then we waited and waited and, dare I say, waited some more for our food. When we got it we went back out to the van and opened up the boxes (Which had large tags on them saying what SHOULD reside within) to discover plain quarter pounders, which were on the menu 2 for $5, rather than the $6+ burgers we ordered.My girlfriend took them back in and after yet another wait we got the correct food. Meanwhile the fries had gotten cold.I will never be stopping at this location again and would wave others off as well, until they can find kitchen help that can read and understand a tag.

Wasn’t too busy. Line was short but took a little long to get my order in. The cashier must have been new. We received our order fairly quickly after (I think) the gm stepped in. The store was clean. Food was fresh. Our cinnamon roll was not. It was hard and seemed VERY old.
