Went to Metro PCS on Palmer Ave in Texas City,TX, because of service issues.The representative at the store blew me off resulting in me calling customer service.Talked with three representatives and I still have absolutely no service on two of my phones.There’s an alleged ticket on file and I’m told it’ll probably take about a week or two before something is done.In the meantime, I’m left without service and no way of conducting business.Been with Metro PCS since they merged with VoiceStream.Gotta say this is the worst case of Tomfuckery and Shitcanery ever.
