On a Thursday afternoon I went in and asked for a prepaid return label for a 3 day shipment (both outbound & inbound). The newbie didn’t know what to do so he called his manager, after 6-7 minuets he did his thing. He charged my CC, printed the label and placed the envelope and said you are all good. 2 days later my doorbell rang and I found my envelope (in a mangled condition) on my doorstep which was supposed to go to DC from TX. First I was baffled then in a few seconds I realized they fudged up big time. They put the wrong label!!!UPS needs to train their employees better. Bad management!!! Stay away from this branch.

Had a large, very heavy box that was a gift that I was trying to return. I have to say Kristina went above and beyond to help me. My friend and I, both seniors, somehow managed to get the box in my friend’s SUV and up to the store, but Kristina brought the dolly outside and took it in the store for us. She was so patient and helpful. What a great employee!!!
