He is beyond professional, helpful and always willing to go the extra yard to ensure you are happy with your items being shipped! The location is gr8 very close to subway and lirr Station. It is a busy store but well kept and clean. The printing service was good and reasonable. Uploaded document on website and pickup at the store. However the 2 day and overnight service for document was pretty expensive and the price at usps postal was way way cheaper so skipped it.

Do not print anything there, customer service is so horrible. and staff guys have bad attitude. I ask them if they have 11X17 paper size. said they dont have it. so I said I have to cancel it. and the guy just ripped off 8.5X11 old paper and gave me alook. please please do not go there..
