Critical: Responsiveness I called set up a meeting to have my car looked at and never received my estimate. Apparently the dealerships these guys do work for which they brag about are more important than me.

Not sure I’m yet to meet with him. I’ve made a couple of spots to have him measure my chair and he hasn’t showed up! They finally showed up and measured and still haven’t heard from them. Well, it’s been over 4 months and I never got my chair cover. They never came thru and I’m very disappointed. I gave them many opportunities to make it right and ample time to get it done! I guess I’ll look for someone else to make me my cover.
