Ad a contractor I find I know more about the store as far as product knowledge, product locations and many times how to navigate the store through digital media than most of the employees. Thankfully they have that area of relevance set up nicely. My advice to any customer is to use your smart phone before you even step foot in the door !

Went to Lowes to buy two window fans. 4/29/2021 They were not on the shelf. Website said there were 7 in stock. Walked up and down the aisle. There were three associates talking not one came up to me and asked me is I needed help. Found another employee and she said that wasn’t her department. I asked her just to see if these fans were in stock. She said did you look in the spot. yes I did. She went and got another employee and he said did I check the spot. I wouldn’t be asking for help if the fans were on the shelf. I found them in top stock for him. He went to the three other associates and asked them for an opinion about getting them down since they were on a pallet. One associate said try getting them from a ladder. That of course didn’t work. The associates then said it was going to take an hour to get them down. They had to move some pallets. They just didn’t want to work so I pushed the issue. Finally got my fans. I also bought a grill Did a pick up later. Sheba from appliances was great on helping me find a grill. Walked me up to the register. Next day. 4/30/2021. Came to Lowes to pick up my grill. asked for help never got help putting it in my car. I The customer service at this store has gone way down. There are associates there who just don’t want to help customers. I worked with Sheba at the store and she has always been great at her job. As for the others I give them an F for the lack of help.

Employees are always so helpful and know exactly where everything is off the top of their head! I love being able to bring dogs in the store. One suggestion is to put all needed plumbing and hardware needed to install a water heater closer to the water heaters. It was a bit tricky to go to 5 different places for all needed supplies but not complaining… just suggesting 🙂 even if it was a small amount of the actual items. It would be easier for customers buying and self installing 🙂
